Our workplace survey, titled the “Workplace Well‑Being Scanner,” is designed to support the creation of healthy and productive work environments. To ensure a high level of expertise and accountability, we assemble a dedicated team consisting of WELL experts (WELL APs), researchers, and specialists in workplace stress and mental health.

The Workplace Well‑Being Scanner evaluates a wide range of workplace experience factors.

Physical Environment

We assess key physical environmental elements—including air and water quality, lighting, noise, thermal comfort, furniture comfort, and cleanliness—to understand how these conditions influence the well‑being of people working in the space.

Human Experience

(Primarily aligned with WELL Feature C05.1 survey themes)
We can evaluate employees’ recovery and restoration through breaks and time off. Upon request, we also incorporate experiential topics such as mental health and emergency preparedness.

The survey is conducted primarily online, but printed formats are also available. Our standard service supports both Japanese and English, with additional languages provided as needed.

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will ask a few questions to prepare a tailored proposal and cost estimate. After the contract is finalized, we will hold an online kickoff meeting to confirm necessary details before proceeding with questionnaire design and survey preparation. As a general rule, the client is responsible for distributing the survey and sending reminders to participants. Once the survey is completed, we analyze the data and deliver a formal report in the required format, accompanied by our professional observations.
